Rogers Decorating Contractors Limited was formed in 2005 by brothers Steve and Graham Rogers along with their friends Darren Baker and James Jones.

In 2008 The Rogers Group was formed with 3 dedicated divisions – decorating, retail and specialist coatings. The Group operates from a new purpose-built 6000sq ft headquarters at Forresters Business Park in Estover, Plymouth. The new base includes shower facilities and a conference room for staff comfort along with a unique recycling area which enables The Group to lead the way in the recycling of paints, paint pots and other associated materials.

On top of embracing green issues The Group supports local charities. The two committed charities are Independence South West, which works with local adults with physical and sensory disabilities, which receives no government funding, and Hamoaze House.
